From 12 to 8 p.m. you can enjoy trick or treating, pumpkin carving, costumed characters, live music, harvest foods and more. Kids in costume get a free Boo Carre trick or treat bag and can go into retail shops for treats as well as special trick or treat booths in Dutch Alley and the Farmers Market. As the sun goes down, walk down to Washington Artillery Park (across from Jackson Square) for a magical lighting of the pumpkins and live music.
