Established in 1898 as a municipal experiment into legalized prostitution that thrived until the puritanical views of World War I began to flourish, this first class establishment features three different tastefully decorated rooms that offer classy jazz, blues, and rhythm and blues music starting in the early afternoon. Most nights feature a dinnertime "Jazz Jam" with a rotating lineup of well-respected musicians.
