It is next to Audubon Park and near Tulane and Loyola Universities. There are 22 tastefully decorated guest rooms with antique and modern furniture and full private baths available. Many of the rooms have private balconies overlooking Audubon Park or St. Charles Avenue. A continental breakfast served in the formal dining room is included.
