Built under a special grant from President John Quincy Adams, the original guest house and slave quarters contain 11 elegant two and three bedroom condominiums, many of which include private balconies overlooking Rue Dumaine. All of the condominiums are uniquely decorated and have separate living and dining areas, lovely large bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchens. A private courtyard with a large swimming pool is also on site for guests to enjoy.
