B101 is a full service cosmetic studio and a fashion lovers dream. Beauty101 was opened in the fall of 2004 by Chloe Watters, a make-up artist and professional shopper. She was frustrated by the fact that in her local city she was limited to department store brands and nothing new or inventive in her field. So, she decided to open her store providing the cosmetics she had to load up on when she was out of town.
