A project of marketumbrella.org, the Crescent City Farmers Market takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Held Uptown near the Mississippi River levee at Tulane University Square (Uptown Square), the Tuesday Market runs year-round, rain or shine, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the northeast corner of the Tulane Square parking lot, 200 Broadway. The Thursday Market runs year-round from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Orleans Avenue and Bayou St. John in Mid-City. Fresh, locally grown produce, seafood, baked goods and much more can be purchased from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. year-round during the Saturday Market in New Orleans' historic Warehouse District at the corner of Magazine Street and Girod Street.
