Not worth it! The hayride was ok. However, adults have to pay an additional $2 on top of the $7 admission fee to ride with their child. The hayride lasts about 20 minutes and goes out quite far. What parent is going to let their child under age 10, go on a hayride without their supervision. My child is two and I purchased a wristband because it sounded like the best deal ($10 might I add). I felt cheated! You can tour the entire place in under 20 minutes. I could have driven to Tyler or Monroe to a real zoo. NOT WORTH THE COST!

Jubilee Zoo is billed as a family entertainment facility. We offer entertainmant in the form of animal interaction, pony rides, and play equipment. Children under 10 are not allowed to go on the hayride without an adult. Yes, adults must pay for the ride. Most adults enjoy the ride as much as or more than the children.
Monkeys and many other exotic animals are not legal to own in Louisiana. Jubilee Zoo does house a zebra, a camel, a coatimundi, some yak, deer, some kangaroos and a wallaby in addition to many "farm-type" animals.
As Jubilee Zoo is primarily a petting zoo, you are able to get close to the animals - in a large zoo and in a rural setting you can only look from behind a fence.
I'm sorry that you didn't have a good time, however everything at Jubilee Zoo is as represented. Most people feel that Jubilee Zoo is better than they thought it would be and well worth the price.
Your statement - "You can tour the entire place in under 20 minutes" - may be why you didn't enjoy your experience. The hay ride takes longer than that. Visit pet and feed the animals and bounce in the bounce houses, enjoy time with your child in the playground or on the sand hill. Where else can you get all day play for $7? If you don't think the pony ride and hay ride are worth the cost, you have the option not to include them.

Does it cost for babies 1year or younger, if so how much?

Thank you for your interest in Jubilee Zoo. Little ones under 24 months receive free admission to Jubilee Zoo and are free to go on the Safari Hay Ride with a paid adult. If you want a pony ride for any aged child under 80 lbs., the cost is $3.

My son will be 1 year on Sept 30 I'm planning to celebrate his birthday in Jubille Zoo approximately 30 people.planning to get the outdoor party package.Is the Bounce will be included in the price?can we bring food and grill too?

We would love to welcome you and your guests for your son's birthday. Yes, the bounce houses are included at no extra charge. You are invited to bring your own food and supplies to grill using our bbq pit or yours - again, no extra charge. Please remind your little guests not to feed people food to the animals.

Wow ! Super enjoyed the day & so did the kids. My friend found out about you guys & we had a coupon. Well worth the money, animals looked so well cared for. The gift shop was priced well with very cheap to moderate priced trinkets. Love that for my Mommie budget. Easy to find! You guys covered the bases! Loved the pumpkin find as well. To cute.
