This is not only the biggest attraction in Eunice, but one of the premier weekly events in South Louisiana! Every Saturday night at six, the old Liberty vaudeville theater plays host to the Roundez Vous des Cajuns, a two-hour show featuring Cajun and Zydeco bands, humorists, and cooks reciting their favorite recipes.
