Dating from the middle of the Nineteenth Century, this house museum preserves in pristine form the elegance of well-to-do Victorian families in Boston; as well as having preserved the original furnishings from the period, the kitchen, butler’s pantry, scullery, bathrooms, formal rooms and private quarters have been kept unaltered and serve as a window through which to glimpse the past.
