This museum, located in a Greek revival styled mansion, features exhibits of artifacts that recall the era when the Fall River area was the “textile manufacturing center of the world,” as well as hosing the internationally recognized Lizzy Borden Exhibit. Aside from the infamous Lizzy Borden exhibit, and the historical textile exhibits, the museum also features paintings and other items of historical interest, and runs an on-site gift shop with Borden related items, books, regional items, and more.
