This museum features one of the world’s largest exhibits dealing with the history and fate of the Titanic; gathered around the central twenty-eight-foot detailed model of the famous ship, one will find a very interesting collection of artifacts and memorabilia, photographs, taped accounts as told by survivours of the tragedy, and a video that chronicles the discovery and exploration of the ship in its resting place on the floor of the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, there is an exhibit about the Andrea Dora that sank off the New England coast in 1956, and exhibits that trace the history of the luxurious ships and boats that once sailed and steamed the Old Fall River Line.
