With the purpose of preserving and studying the native birds and natural habitats in the Falmouth area, this non-profit organization maintains over two hundred acres of bird sanctuaries, marshlands, a building for classes and observations, and offers programs at the Bourne Farm that dates back to 1775 and is in authentic condition and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, as well as offering other tours and educational programs.
