As for Rocky Neck Art Colony, the artists display their work at the Rocky Neck Gallery and in some of the studios and galleries spread around The Neck. Linked to the 19th century and artists like Emile Gruppe, Marsden Hartley, Edward Hopper and Mary Cassatt, it has been both a refuge and a place to work; much like the harbor and the marine economy that surrounds the Colony now. A beautiful place to visit.
