Onsite Service calls only $129/hour labor rate. Minimum 1 hour. After the first hour, labor is billed in 15 minute increments.
Unfortunately, we do not service ink-jet printers (also known as in-home printers). These are not beneficial to pay for repair as it is cheaper to buy a new printer!
We also do not service large format printers or plotters. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Our service area includes Lawrence, MA and Essex County, Northern Middlesex county, and Southern New Hampshire. Customers outside our service area can arrange for drop-off service at the same rate.

We sell new equipment and supplies as well. Our guaranteed compatible dry copier and laser printer toner cartridges provide you huge savings for black and white or full color printers.
