Barbara Paulo is the Salon Owner and Artistic Director of Shear Xtreme, Inc. She brings 25 years of experience and a love of her craft to each client that she services. She is certified in the Chi Transformation System and Advanced Color Design by Farouk Systems, U.S.A. As a former Color Educator, she shares her expertise with her team of color artists. She is dedicated to creating an atmosphere of warmth and welcome in the salon by listening and understanding each client's needs, which inspired our concept; Consult * Create * Craft.
Andrea is an artist and hairstylist with a flair for color and a passion for crafting cuts to suit each individual client. She is dedicated to continuing education in Paul Mitchell color and Graham Webb classic cutting, serving all of her clients with a knowledge of the latest creative techniques.
Ashley is Barbara's daughter and helps out as receptionist on the salon's busiest days. She welcomes and serves all with a smile.
