The Naval Academy Museum exhibits ship models, flags, paintings, uniforms, swords, firearms, nautical instruments, and personal memorabilia that relate to the history of the Navy in the United States from Colonial times to the present. Using a variety of presentations, the museum “demonstrates the Navy's role, in war and in peace, in defending and preserving the ideals of our country and mankind.”
