We stayed here recently and enjoyed it so much. Cheryl and David are very hospitable. It was "Christmas in July" and Cheryl baked yummy Christmas cookies (she filled a bag for us when we left); a stocking was hung for us by the door, filled with treats/area discount coupons. Other "surprises" like this made our stay so pleasurable. Our bedroom was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Washington College is close by and downtown Chestertown is a 10-minute walk, where you'll find delicious restaurants, cute shops, and the farmer's market on the weekend.
