Out of the Fire Restaurant & Wine Bar is located in the Historic District of Easton. It features Mediterranean influenced cuisine all centered around a stone hearth oven that is the focal point of the dining room and the open air kitchen. The menu includes fresh hearth baked breads, fire roasted entrees, and stone hearth pizzas. An extensive wine list features wines from around the globe by bottle or glass. Lunch: Monday through Friday 11:30 am to 2 pm, and Dinner: Monday through Thursday 5 pm to 9 pm, Friday & Saturday 5pm to 10 pm.
