Situated between the shores of Lake Superior and Muskallonge Lake, the 217-acre Muskallonge Lake State Park is the former site of Deer Park, a lumbering town in the late 1880's; and an Indian encampment. Visitors enjoy camping, swimming, snowmobiling, fishing, and hiking.
