The resort consists of five fully-furnished housekeeping cottages on over 300 feet of sandy beach on Budd Lake. These clean cottages sleep from 4 to 14 people and one is handicap-accessible on the main floor. All cottages have gas grills and picnic tables on their decks. Their C-shaped dock provides an enclosed swimming area for young children and an excellent place for the family to fish for many varieties of fish.
