What a YUMMY little concept. A morsel is a bite-sized bakery treat made in Traverse City, Michigan. All morsels are baked in the same sized and shaped pans, but each is its own variety. Morsels come in brownies, cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, etc. They are each truly a morsel-sized version of the bigger variety. Enjoy your morsel with a cup Intelligentsia coffee. Open Monday - Thursday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Friday 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 7:00pm.
