The Freeborn County Museum & Historical Village includes the Freeborn County Historical Museum (FCHM) Library and Archives, a general store, church, post office, telephone office, the completely furnished Livedalen Log Cabin, thought to be the first log house built in Freeborn County in 1853; a city bank, train depot, county jail, mill house, hardware store, barber shop, shoe repair shop and more that reflect period life.
