Situated on a hill overlooking Lake Sisseton, the Greek Revival-style Chubb House is the oldest brick house still standing in Fairmont. Built of brick made from the banks of Buffalo Lake, this was the home of Dr. Orville Chubb, the first county physician. The Chubb House is available for tours, meetings, dinners, rentals or for "high tea."
