When reserving a truck on-line don't be surprised that there won't be one available even though website says there is & they don't move them to your selected move from town either! We reserved one from GR to Duluth. The only available option was go to Duluth & drive it to GR, load, then drive back to Duluth. All while paying for the gas! U-haul is much more reliable & not that much more!!!
