OMG! Don't waste your time or money! My family rented this place sight unseen as we're from Oregon. My Dad passed away and we had a memorial service in Winona for our family who lives there, we rented this place and paid in advance. We pulled into the yard and the first thing we saw was a pile of animal waste as big as a house, then the woman who owns the place came out and greeted us, she led us through a field and wire fencing into mosquito infested woods to a cabin that was moldy, dirty and falling apart. No screens on the windows either, so you couldn't even open a window for air in humid Minnesota for air. Oh, there is an air conditioner but there is a big hole all the way around the unit so there is now way you're going to escape the Minnesota bugs either. This place should be condemned. Come to find out my cousin got wind of this and called me and told me had rented the year before and refused to stay in such a mess. They did return his money but not with threatening them, we weren't so lucky, we just got took.
