I am a member. And every couple of years myself and two of my kids and there husband/wife like to meet down there. I can not get rooms for them if it is a holiday week or month. I pay about two hundred a year for nothing we have to all go some place else to stay, so we can be together. My brother is also a member, but he got his daughter a card before the rules were change, so they can all go down and stay together. we would of like to of been close. but the hole family will stay some place else. how sad that they want let you rent a unit. for a family get together. isn't that what branson is all about. and to sell the card you get nothing out of it. the card is not worth nothing to me, other then paying the taxes for nothing. you all can change the rules to what ever you want and the rest has no say in it.
