I was so disappointed with our room. We had ants all over the kitchen counter even after the person on duty put pellets on it. Then after they sprayed, there were more ants! HOW DISCUSTING!

The shower had mold in it where the top and bottom come together. I pointed it out to the front desk so that housekeeping would fix that.

Neither of our problems were fixed. My husband was unhappy about the musty smell. I was not happy about being given a 2nd story room since my knees are bad. I thought about mentioning that when I booked my room. Usually there are plenty of downstairs rooms or an elevator. I give this Arbor Suites (changed from Hawthorne) a thumb's down.
