MONARCH Restaurant has two dining concepts under one roof. A “Southern Inspired Bistro and Bar” and a dining room boasting “Modern American Cuisine” The larger portion of the space is designated to the Southern inspired casual dining and bar experience anchored by dishes found in New Orleans that more closely reflect the culinary heritage of the two-time James Beard Nominated Executive Chef, Josh Galliano, a native of Louisiana. This new concept serves casual foodies and music enthusiasts alike.
A sample of the new bistro menu includes Gumbo, Corn Fried Oyster Salad, Praline Bacon, Crawfish Bread, Signature Po’ Boys, Shrimp & Grits and a Creole Spiced Butcher Steak. MONARCH also features an upscale dining experience in a newly transformed eighty seat intimate dining room. Chef Galliano’s menu offered in this room is described as “ingredient driven, modern American cuisine” and changes every day based upon availability. They are now open Monday through Thursday from 5:00 – 10:00 for dinner and Friday and Saturday from 5:00 to 11:00.
