Battery Robinett was one of the seven inner circle batteries. It was "the scene of some of the most intense fighting during the Battle of Corinth." A partial reconstruction of a battery wall was built by the National Park Service to show how earthen forts from the Civil War-era were constructed. It is located at the rear of the Interpretive Center.
