My first visit to this florist was terrible. I went in on Saturday, September 24th to purchase an item for my father after having his leg amputated earlier in the week. One of the employees assisted me with my purchase and was not interested in making a sell. The employee was short, blunt, and inconsiderate. My first thought was to walk out but I really wanted to get something nice for my father so,I made attempts to ignore her. Towards the end of my purchase I had to make a phone call and placed the call outside of the store, the employee completed my order and walked outside to interrupt my personal phone call and forced the plant arrangement into my hands and said thank you and turned and walked back inside of the store. I was very upset because I was not able to completely take care of the phone call, as well as noticing that she was not professional. I went back inside of the store to speak with another representative and she apologized for her error, and I requested a refund for the item that I purchased.
