Visit Eudora Welty's Tudor Revival-style home where she lived for over 70 years and wrote almost all of her fiction and essays. One of the most intact literary houses of 65 in America and a National Historic Landmark, the home's exterior, interior and furnishings remain as they were when Welty was living. Art, rugs, photographs, linens, furniture, draperies, and hundreds of books are in their original places. The Eudora Welty House is open for tours, by reservation only, Tuesday through Friday at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m.
