Founded by the United Methodist Church in 1890 as a "Christian college for young men," Millsaps College has been co-educational since 1899. Located on historic State Street, this college has 100-acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The Millsaps Forum Series held throughout the year consists of lectures, recitals, films, panels, performances of dance and music and other special events.
