The fourth of the original state parks developed by the Civilian Conservation Corps, Legion State Park features five air-conditioned vacation cabins, one vacation cottage, RV sites, a designated primitive camping area, two fishing lakes, a nature trail, playground, Legion Lodge, a hand-hewn log structure that has remained unaltered since its construction in the 1930's; and a picnic area with tables, grills, and picnic shelters.
