Melrose is the most intact Antebellum estate in the nation. Owned by the National Park Service, the home still has its original hand-painted canvas flooring. During Pilgrimage, the original owner's wedding dress is displayed along with an amazing replica of her wedding cake. Tours take place at the top of the hour.
