Me and five coworkers just left the Garfield's restaurant in Vicksburg, Ms. This is the worst restaurant we have ever been to. We arrived at the restaurant at 12:15 p.m. The hostess sat us at a table, but we didn't get a waitress until thirty minutes later for beverages. An hour later we received our food.
This was the worst service ever! The thing concerning this situation was we were served by the manager on duty named Nicloe. This was very upsetting for me and my coworkers because the attitude given by the waitresses were lousy and inconsiderate. The only thing offered were coupons for our NEXT visit, Ha like really next visit! We don't think so. In order to get service, YOU have to give great service. We would like a sincere apology and maybe a free lunch from your staff due to the inconvienence. Thanks for taking the time to read this email and have a blessed day.
