The Mineral Museum's extensive collection of minerals from Butte, Montana and worldwide contains close to 1,300 specimens that are on exhibit. Tours, lectures, workshops, and field trips are offered. The Mineral Museum is also home to the Montana Bureau of Mines and Geology Earthquake Studies office.
