I don't mean to be rude, but both my mother and I went here to get our hair cut and highlighted by Tracey at Uptown Image Salon, and she did a horrible job. My mother asked for 3 colors, but mostly blonde, she got mostly brown, and chopped up hair. She messed it up horribly, the layers were un believably choppy and it looked horrible, she went in to have it re done and it looks better, but still not up to her expectations. I went in there shortly after, because maybe some people just have a mess up once in a while and i got Red and Blonde highlights put in. All of the Red bled into the blond making my hair pink. (not what i asked for) And She sent me out of there with Red Dye all over my face, especially knowing i had somewhere important to be after wards. She trimmed my hair, and like i presumed, it was not even. I thought i would give them the chance but they definately did not prove neither my mom nor i other wise and we will never go back to this salon ever again. She is a professional, and she should know how to cut and dye hair without any choppy layers, dye left over on the face or colors bled into the other. All I have to say is I could do my hair better then her, and i havent even went to school for it. It looks like a 14 year old did it. Definately not impressed.
