The Tasting Room is open to the public Thursday through Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Food and live music can be enjoyed 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. A tour begins at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Highland Brewing Company is known for its Gaelic Ale.
