Seasonal innovative cuisine is prepared at the Admiral in Asheville. Daily menu selection examples include Sonoma Farms duck breast, oysters, wild striped bass, seared diver scallops, swordfish, black Angus rib eye, and sweet potato crème brulee. Dinner is served Monday through Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. A late night menu is available Monday through Friday from 10:30 p.m. to at least 1:00 a.m. Dinner reservations are recommended.
