Rated as being one of the "Top 10 Romantic Inns of America", this Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast Inn is perched dramatically on a secluded hill and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. One of the largest and most opulent residences that remain from Asheville's 1890 boom period, this bed and breakfast is surrounded by four beautifully landscaped acres of trees, gardens, and foot paths, and offers eight graciously appointed guest rooms with period antiques and private baths with claw foot tubs. Two guest suites are also available in the 1915 bungalow that is located just above the on-site croquet pitch. A full gourmet breakfast is included, as well as afternoon and evening refreshments.
