A whole animal butcher that sells high-quality, local, pasture-raised meats and creates sandwiches and pastries using local, sustainable ingredients. Fresh pastries made daily may include fresh fruit galettes, buttermilk panna cotta with fresh fruit jams, bittersweet chocolate pots de crème, meringues, macarons, homemade caramels, bread puddings, and cookies. Sandwiches are served from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and until 5:00 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Catering is available.
