From my experience in dealing with her, and wishing I hadn't of, I would not recommend choosing '1000 Words Photography by Erica' for any event that you consider to be important!

Additionally, when contacted about our order we were told it was already sent, BUT that our address was misplaced.

This person does not provide the expected level of service, customer care, and follow-through you deserve of someone handling your photography!

I would NOT choose 1000 Words Photography by Erica, if ever in need of these services again.



My advice would be to look for your photography service provider through reputable legal business databases only.

I have used 1000 Words Photography by Erica and had fantastic results. In fact, it started to rain mid-way through our appointment and she invited us to try an indoor shoot. While I liked the takes from the inside shoot she encouraged us to meet again at our original location for a re-take. She volunteered more than what was required in many ways and that always earns referrals and return clients in my book. I found her very organized and had my proofs within a few days from both shoots. Bravo, Erica!
