The Fort Point River House is available for vacation weeks or weekend rentals for family vacations, retreats, working vacations, special events, or romantic get-aways. It is beautifully equipped with stunning views, and private frontage on the Neuse River. The home has four private bedrooms, plus two semi-private bedrooms, including a large sleeping loft, four and half baths, two kitchens, a living room, dining room, and 40-foot all seasons sun room. Each of the two floors can be rented as a separate fully equipped apartment suites, or the whole home may be rented as a single family. From mid-June to mid-August rentals are limited to full weeks, full home on a Sunday to Sunday schedule.
