We recently spent a week on Pine Island in the Outer Banks. It was our dream for many years and we finally rented a house for our children and their families. I'm sorry to say that we had a very bad experience with Brindley Sales because the house was not what it should have been and we actually lost 2 days because we had cleaning crews in the house to get it habitable. We did not let this spoil our vacation because we traveled a long way (from Long Island NY - 4 families and 4 long rides) and your state is beautiful and the Outer Banks is beautiful. We have a bad taste because of how we were treated by the Management Office and the owner of the house. I am sending a letter tomorrow explaining our problem along with a copy of the lease to show that they did not live up to their part of the contract. Please help us and tell us what we can do.
