Sandhill Harley-Davidson

I just made my 3rd visit (Oct.13, 2010) in 6 months to Sandhills Harley and not yet has anyone ever even took the time to ask me if they could help me. After my 2nd. visit i purchased my 2010 Street Glide elsewhere. I was out riding on Wednesday, 13th. and stopped by just to look around. Its a shame nobody there acts like they care about the customer. After reading many negative comments like mine from others who have expericenced the same I wonder what the management thinks about there image or do they even care. Neil C.

You're right Neil, but when a small business is "the only game in town" and they think they have a captive audience, they lose their incentive to provide that up-front engagement with a potential customer. I went there a few weeks ago to look for a certain accessory, but browsed at the bikes they had on the showroom floor for half an hour just for grins. I also noticed that the whole time I was there, no one even took a moment to ask what I was interested in. I guess business must be good!

I am Australian lady who visited Pinehurst Harley Davidson dealership last year and cannot speak highly enough of their service. Bad luck guys, make eye contact, smile and say "gidday", works for me everytime . JOAN B

Early this year I bought a 2006 sportster at cox's Harley the experience was cold I felt like just a number later in the year I seen a heritage classic at sandhills Harley and decided to move up the staff made me feel like a friend the experience was great and has been ever since I look forward to a long relationship with the staff and recommend them to anyone buy the way when I sold my sportster the poor guy couldn't get tags until he made several trips to cox's because they screwed up the paperwork for the title

PS. I don't like to be hounded by a salesman I like to take my time looking if I find something I like then I will find a salesman l also had to get a salesman at cox's some people need more attention I guess
