Kerr House B & B is located in the Davie Avenue Historic District; an area with many beautiful homes on wide, tree-lined streets. The house has a beautiful wrap-around porch with comfortable chairs and rockers and the backyard has a large well-lit parking lot, shaded by pecan trees and a magnificent 200 year-old white oak. The four guest rooms have a private bath, wireless Internet, and cable television. A gourmet breakfast is served on fine china in a large bright dining room. Guests also have a cozy parlor for reading, chatting or watching television.
