The Lodge salad bar has delighted and complemented steak, seafood and chicken entrees for years, and even the thought of its removal would provoke an uprising among anxious guests. Beef, carefully aged, processed and cut in house is the specialty, but grilled fish, baby back ribs or marinated chicken breast are excellent choices as well.
