Minot State University in North Dakota is a regional, public institution that was founded in 1913. A member of the North Dakota University System, this Carnegie Master’s I institution is the third largest higher education institution in the state and the only non-doctoral university to grant master’s degrees. More than 60 majors at the undergraduate level are offered. Nine master’s degrees and one education specialist degree in such areas as communication disorders, management, and mathematics are also available.
