This unique restaurant is perfect for a seasoned gourmand or novice diner with a taste for adventure. The atmosphere is sleek and warehouse chic. Guests enter at the street level and the bar and kitchen are down below at the basement level. They offer a great wine list and some very unique cocktails. Our bartender was fabulous. The menu selections change weekly, and some selections we saw were honey glazed pork belly with cauliflower puree, charred octopus with clementines and hazelnuts, and artichoke "barigoule". The main course options included veal liver, risotto with beef cheeks, pan roasted monkfish with herbs and parsnip cream, and braised calamari in soffrito. Don't come here looking for a traditional Omaha steak, but keep your mind open and try something out of your comfort zone.
