Very disappointed!! I spoke with Lee, the owner of Niobrara River Ranch In August and was told the North Cabin was available for July 1st and 2nd. I made the reservation, signed a contract and PAID a $375 deposit. Lee had no problem taking the deposit and wanted the money and contract back right away. I then received a phone call on Oct 15th and was told the cabin was already booked to another party for the date of my reservation. I was told by Lee that he did not sign the contract only I did so basically too bad.
Very frustrating. I guess a mans word and a signature means nothing!! He had no problem taking $375 from me and my signature, holding up my end of the deal but he did not come through on his end.
I would recommend contacting Heartland Elk Ranch Instead, they have beautiful cabins with all the same ammenities!

Wow! I had a similar situation happen to me!! I was out $250.00. Thanks for the recommendation at Heartland Elk Ranch I will take a look at them.
